You need to upload images of the invoice, a visible image of the damaged/defective product, and the packaging. -
How will the return be processed?
Our logistics partner will pick up the item to be returned and hand it over to our warehouse. The replacement or refund will be initiated after that. -
How long does the refund process take?
The refund can take up to 15 days after the returned product is received by us. -

What items are NOT eligible for return?

10. Will I be able to return the goods if I don’t like them?
Yes! You can certainly choose to return the products if you don’t like them within 3 days of receiving the order. In that case, we would refund your money, excluding the two-way shipping charges on actuals and handling charges of Rs. 100/- alone.

You may be required to provide images of the product and its packaging to facilitate the exchange process. -
Is there a cost for exchanging an item?
If the same product is exchanged ( because of a defect ), no charges would be deducted, otherwise, the reverse pickup cost of the already sent item would be charged on actuals -
How long will it take to receive my exchanged item?
The delivery timeframe for the exchanged item will be similar to that of a new order. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected at our warehouse. -
What if the desired exchange item is out of stock?
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund for the original item as per our return policy.
